If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
